I'M IN LOVE WITH YOU, AND ALL THESE LITTLE THINGS.

I am developing a serious case of crazy-fifteen-year-old-fangirl-crush on all the members of One Direction. When I heard their new song "Little Things" I think my inner fangirl woke to life again after being in hibernation for about three years, the last time it was the Jonas Brothers (whom I still love dearly), but now I am falling for One Direction, falling for their voices, their faces, their songs. I am aware that I won't marry them, it's not that kind of the crush. It's the kind where their voice can lull you to sleep peacefully, the kind where when you hear their song a smile instantly lights up your face. And to be honest, isn't that a good thing? To have a guy (in this case five of them) that can make you feel super-duper happy without ever having spoken a word to you.

Maybe I should go hide under my desk right now for saying this, as I am a nineteen year old girl. But who gives a flying fuck!? I am a directioner. I am nineteen. There, I said it, now leave me to fall asleep to their angelic voices, and all will be well.

Other than that, I currently have my wonderful friend Kristina staying with me, and yesterday we went out to this nifty (..my new favourite word is nifty...) place in Mayfair called Funky Buddha. Two words: Fucking Amazing!

Nifty 1. attractively stylish or smart: a nifty new dress for Easter.
2. very good; fine; excellent: a nifty idea.

Anyway, now that you know exactly what nifty means, ehehe, on to the tale about last night: the club is small, and the queue is suuuuper long, constantly(!), but the wait is so worth it. This little place will make your night out pretty darn amazing. We arrived at about 11:30, so we were pretty early, when thinking in Norwegian standards, but the queue was already long. We had to pay 20 pounds to get in, which is pretty expensive, but we already knew that it would be so it was fine. Oh and a tip: pee before you go there, because you will be standing outside for a while waiting, and having to pee makes it awful, I speak from experience, haha.

When we got in we made our way downstairs, the club is small and intimate, the music is current and fun, overall, it was great! BUT, beware that drinks are super expensive! So if you're a student, you want to plan before you go there.

The night was so fun, I swear I do so much stupid shit when I'm drunk, but that's ok I think, because I'd rather enjoy myself immensely than be boring and have an okay time when I'm out. I will go into more detail about what happened later, but now I have to go listen to "Little Things" and sleep...

So, stay tuned for Drunken Tales #2... ; )

LIFE WILL BREAK YOU DOWN, PEOPLE WILL HURT YOU, DISSAPOINT YOU, IT'S UP TO YOU TO DECIDE TO KEEP GOING.

THIS. This song is so relevant right now. Isn't it amazing how music can reflect what you're feeling so perfectly?

BECAUSE THIS MAGICAL PLACE IS MORE BEAUTIFUL, MORE MAGICAL WHEN YOU'RE HERE WITH ME, WHEN WE CAN SHARE THIS MOMENT.

For some reason I always seem to end up writing in the middle of the night, but I guess that is when I feel most comfortable with sharing my feelings with the world, even if no one is listening.. I just find that at night the world is so peaceful, everything is dark, and while the rest of my world goes to sleep all I want to do is walk around in the empty streets and take in the world. See everything in a different light. I like it that way. Peaceful, silent, empty. It's magical how beautiful an empty street can be, a street that during the day is buzzing with cars and people, at night it's silent and there is that feeling of being the only person in the world. The only person that is in existence at that moment. It's the best feeling in the world. The peaceful silence of a big sleeping city.

..But even though I love the silence, sometimes all I want is someone to share it with. Someone there to hold my hand. Someone to pull me close. Someone to enjoy those magical moments with. Someone that understands. I find myself desperately hoping, wishing, searching for that person. And I might have someone now, a hope. I hope it is him. He is just so amazing, but I am so scared to give him my heart. I can't help it. I am just so afraid, afraid to get hurt, but I'm also afraid that I'll miss something that could have been beautiful, because I was to closed up, to scared...I need to learn how to break down the walls around my heart, so that I can let people in. But with him I feel it, I can feel him chipping away at the walls that are shielding my heart, and they are close to crumbling to the ground, I just hope it's not all for nothing. So I am going to give in to him. Because he is beautiful, and good, and real, he is real and he is here right now.

Check out this new song from Taylor Swift, I think it's amazing: State Of Grace - Taylor Swift
